Archana Jain brings her extensive leadership experience to Zurich Insurance Group as the Group CTO and Head of Infra Services and Security, starting in August 2022. With a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, Archana consistently challenges herself, both professionally and personally. Prior to joining Zurich Insurance, Archana held the position of VP for Global Technology Solutions at Verizon Consumer Group, where she led planning and technology teams and drove cultural transformation across the organization. As CIO for Verizon Partner Solutions, Archana implemented design thinking and agile practices to foster innovation for digital solutions. She successfully modernized enterprise billing platforms, and consolidated systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
