Christoph Schrills is Lead Consultant in the area of Data & Insights Advisory at NTT DATA in Zurich. His expertise in the field of data includes strategic-tactical issues in the area of data strategy, data governance and trustworthy AI / EU AI Act.

He is also co-lead of the working group “Learning from Data” at Swiss Fintech Innovations (SFTI). Mr Schrills has applied experience in the field of AI regulation in practice.

Christoph Schrills has completed education and training in economics, fintech and data analytics at the Universities of Cologne, Oxford and Pennsyslvania.

Global regulations for the development, deployment and use of artificial intelligence (AI) will have a significant and lasting impact on the way AI is used and applied. The EU AI Act is one of the most authoritative global regulations and will also be binding and highly relevant for companies in Switzerland, which are operating in the EU. The regulation aims to strengthen trust in AI and the decisions made by AI applications.

Here you will learn which aspects need to be considered, which AI risks exist and how they can be mitigated with the help of AI Risk Assessments, AI Governance and AI Operating Models (MLOps).

When will the 2024 program be released?

Our board members are currently reviewing speaker submissions to decide which talks to bring to the Cloud Leadership Day stage.

The first round of speakers will be announced at the end of February, so stay tuned!

Cloud Leadership Day will be on June 19, 2024, from 7am to 5.30pm CEST, followed by informal drinks and networking.
