About the Moderator: Carmelo Iantosca

Carmelo Iantosca is Head of Digital Products at AXA Switzerland and lectures at various universities in Switzerland. He has been working in the Data Science and Software field for over 18 years, leading consulting positions at Bertelsmann, SAS Institute, and gateB, where he built solutions for large companies in various industries. Carmelo studied Data Analytics and Process Design at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, specializing in data science, big data, and software development. He also has an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St. Gallen.

About the Panelists:

Diana Hauser

Diana Hauser heads Lean Innovation at NTT DATA in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Starting out as a software developer, Diana led the development of the first generation of browser-based car configurations for premium automotive brands. Today she is co-founder and manager of NTT’s first innovation and co-creation space in Europe. In 2018, Diana was honoured as ‘IT Woman of the Year’ for Business Innovation.

Alexander Rudolf Diehl

Alex is a German entrepreneur, angel investor and advisor for start-up and growth stage companies. In 2006 he founded digital design agency KKLD* in Berlin, which he sold to WPP plc in 2012. He also co-founded Architizer Inc. in New York City, which was acquired by MaterialBank in 2022. In 2011 Alexander initiated BMW iVentures, which he managed as managing director until 2015.

Alexander is a shareholder at Joschka Fischer & Company, Senior Advisor at Cyber ​​Valley and an active angel investor in European technology companies such as Wandelbots, Decentriq, Meshcapade, Reasonal and Trafi.

Alexander studied classical music at the Royal Academy of Music and King’s College in London and at the Royal Norther College in Manchester, UK.

Rens Dimmendaal

As a  at Xebia Data, Rens Dimmendaal leads teams of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, focusing on delivering value through AI-powered products and MLOps best practices. Rens shares his knowledge and experience at meetups and conferences, such as PyData, MLOps.Community, and NeurIPS.
Rens is passionate about responsible AI and contributes artwork to the Better Images of AI project, an initiative that aims to enhance communication about AI through meaningful visuals.
